Chocolate cranberry truffles are so delicious! Chocolate and cranberries go so well together, especially as a dessert. Cranberries are high in vitamin C and fiber, surprisingly! The chocolate could be replaced with dark chocolate as well. 
For this recipe, I used soy milk/cornstarch instead of heavy whipping cream. By replacing these two items, I lowered the fat down a lot.
This is an awesome treat to share with family and friends during the holiday season!
